During my stay, I experienced dining that surpassed my expectations. The dishes were crafted with fresh, authentic ingredients that truly showcased the flavors of Puglia. From the Strascinate to the exquisite eggplant parmigiana, every meal was a culinary delight, impeccably presented and bursting with flavor.

I stayed in a two-bedroom townhouse that was nothing short of magnificent. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and fitted with modern amenities while preserving their traditional charm. Waking up to the stunning views of the olive groves and sea was an experience I won't forget.

The pool area provided a tranquil escape after a day of exploring. Surrounded by lush gardens, the refreshing waters were perfect for a leisurely afternoon. I loved lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun while enjoying the serene ambiance – a true retreat.

A highlight of my stay was the wine tasting session led by David. The wines were exquisite, and his knowledge and passion for viticulture made the experience truly engaging. I left feeling enriched and excited to explore more local vineyards in the future.
